The Space
The property includes three connected areas: an indoor space, an outdoor concrete terrace, and a grass lawn with a heritage oak tree. All three areas are included with a venue rental.
Lawn
An open grass lawn shaded by a heritage oak tree, bordered by mature greenery and privacy fencing. The lawn is open to the sky and connects directly to the terrace and indoor space. Suitable for outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and casual gatherings.
Indoor Space
An open indoor space with wood plank walls, exposed wood beam ceilings, and a polished concrete floor. Three glass roll-up doors line one wall and open directly onto the terrace and lawn. Brass pendant lights hang overhead, with additional natural light from windows on the opposite wall. The floor plan is open with no interior columns, allowing for flexible layouts. Suitable for ceremonies, receptions, seated dinners, and presentations.
Terrace
A large concrete terrace adjacent to the indoor space, framed by hedges and willows on both sides for privacy. The terrace connects the indoor space to the lawn and can also be used as a standalone outdoor area. Suitable for cocktail hours, dinners, dance floors, and live music setups.
